She believes in the power of art and culture to be catalysts for change and she works with people who believe in the same thing.

Theia Golea is active in the NGO field for over 10 years, doing anything from voluntary work to eduational projects. In the last seven years she has been involved as a communication coordinator in different cultural initiatives, galleries, multidisciplinary venues, film and theatre festivals. Shae has also given a voice to many independent art and civic projects: Quadro Gallery, ColectivA – Temps d’Images Festival, the Cultural Management Academy, Cinema ARTA Cluj and the Paintbrush Factory Federation. Since 2022 she has joined Reactor as their social media specialist.
