Every night we look at the stars … but how much do we actually know about them? What would you say if you would find out that somewhere above the clouds there are two characters responsible for bringing the light on Earth? Lum and Echo live forever up there, above us, and their task is to light the stars every single night. Strict rules and preconceptions, however, lead to a conflict between this two old friends. Luckily, our lamplighters have a small support from the outside of the conflict and this helps them see things in another light.
About Stars is a show for children and its main topics are tolerance and communication. The story of Lum and Echo is meant to remind us about the importance of friendship and that inner light always comes from love and understanding, never from stereotypes and restrictions.

A performance produced within the project #MiniREACTOR.Contemporary dramaturgy for children, co-financed by The National Cultural Fund Administration.
