How do I find you?
We're at 4 Petőfi Sándor Street. The former Tutunului Street. The colourful gate. The street that runs towards The Office. Mărăști
What's the easiest way to reach you by public transport?
We're close to the Someș/Biserica Sfântu Petru stop, CTP lines: 4, 5, 6, 8, 14, 24, 24B, 30, 46B, 47.
Is there parking available?
Reactor doesn't have its own parking spaces, and Petőfi Sándor Street can get quite busy, but if you arrive 15 minutes before the event you'll find free parking on the side streets nearby.
Is the space accessible for people with disabilities?
The hall is at ground level and access is easy (ramp). Please contact us before the event so we can make sure to welcome you properly and provide priority access.
Tickets & Access
Since 2025, Reactor has adopted a flexible ticketing policy, making it easier for audiences to attend based on what they can afford. Spectators can choose a ticket with a value of 0 or a supporter ticket at a price of their choosing (25/50/100 lei). Tickets are purchased through the Eventbook platform.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
We recommend buying online to guarantee your seat, since the hall's capacity is limited (Black Box style). If the event isn't sold out, tickets will remain available up until it starts, but purchases are still made online.
The show is sold out on the site. Is it still worth coming to the door?
If the show is sold out online, we recommend contacting us to be added to the waiting list. If a seat opens up, we'll let you know right away by email! Otherwise, the hall is full to the last seat and we can't guarantee entry at the door.
What happens if I have a ticket and can no longer make it?
We appreciate you honouring the commitment made when buying a ticket. If you can no longer make it to the show, you can cancel your ticket from your Eventbook account (under Tickets there's an option to delete the ticket). For any other special situations, please write to us at rezervari.reactor@gmail.com.
Can I get a refund on my ticket?
Under current legislation for cultural events, tickets are non-refundable, except when we cancel the show ourselves. That said, we recommend contacting us at rezervari.reactor@gmail.com so we can find a way to make use of your ticket.
Do you have discounts for students/pupils/pensioners?
We have flexible-price tickets. We encourage you to choose whichever option works for you, including the ticket with a value of 0, if you don't have the means to choose another option.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. It's enough to show the QR code on your phone (PDF or email) at the entrance, or simply tell us the name the purchase was made under.
"The show has started. Can I still go in?"
Reactor's hall is intimate, and the entrance is very close to both the audience and the playing space, so arriving late can seriously disrupt the experience of other spectators and the artists. Out of respect for them, we recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early, and we discourage entry once the show has started.
How long does a show last?
Each show's duration is listed on its dedicated page on the site. Our productions usually run between 75 and 140 minutes, so it's worth checking this on the site!
Are the shows translated / surtitled in English?
For some of our shows we offer English or Hungarian surtitles, but not for every performance. This information will be shared through our communication materials. If you'd like to attend a show for which surtitles aren't announced, please write to us at rezervari.reactor@gmail.com at least 48 hours before the performance starts.
Emotional & sensory safety
Are there content warnings (trigger warnings)?
Some shows may deal with sensitive topics or have a strong visual/audio impact. On each event's page you'll find a section noting whether strobe lighting or smoke is used, or whether there's explicit content (violence, nudity). Please check this before purchasing.
What do I do if I feel overwhelmed during the show, or if other needs come up?
If you need to leave the hall at any point, you're welcome to do so quietly.
Do the shows have an age limit?

Collaboration proposals
How can I propose a project or a collaboration?
Yes, though there's no fixed schedule. Follow the "News" section on the site or our Social Media pages for announcements about workshops.
Can I rent the space for rehearsals or private events?
The space may be available depending on the season's schedule. Send us an email with the details (period, type of activity) and we'll get back to you.
How can I support the Reactor de creație și experiment Association?
The best way to support us is to come to our shows and recommend us to your friends! If you're able to, you can buy a supporter ticket. On top of that, since we're an NGO, you can redirect 3.5% of your income tax to us at no cost (you'll find the form on the site). Every gesture is welcome and helps us keep doing meaningful work!

Can I take photos or film during the show?
Bright screens distract both the performers and your neighbours. We encourage using your phone around the show, but not during it.
I left a bag/an item behind at the show. How do I get it back?
It happens! Send us a message describing the lost item and the date you were at the show. If we've found it, we'll invite you to come pick it up.
