Theia Golea has been active in the NGO world for over 10 years, from volunteering to coordinating educational projects, and over the last 7 years she has worked as communications coordinator for various cultural initiatives, galleries, multidisciplinary spaces, theatre and film festivals, and has given voice to several independent art projects and civic actions: Galeria Quadro, the ColectivA Association - Temps d'Images, Cultural Management Academy, Cinema ARTA Cluj and the Fabrica de Pensule Federation, among others. Since 2022, she has joined Reactor as social media lead.
