Come join us as we follow in the footsteps of Joseph Beuys! First he flew, then he was shot down — but he recovered, became an artist, and wore a fabulous hat. He drew lines and spent his entire life happily wondering what art truly is. What kind of language is it that allows us to connect even without words? And who might we meet if we just listen closely?
In the Flash of Lightning wonderfully blends the magic of a theatre show and an exhibition with elements of a spiritual gathering, a healing ritual, and a joyful celebration of art and creativity. Spectators brave enough to get a little messy are warmly invited into a landscape of objects containing the seeds of transformation! The duo quietly searches for beautiful ways to reconnect with our Earth and all its inhabitants.
