This season, you can hop over to our Instagram profile and see what Reactor looks like through the eyes of the wonderful people who bring this place to life!
This September, we invite you to see us through the eyes of Paula Rotar! She is the brilliant actress you've seen in "All over your face", "Not us, never", "In the Shadow of the Grand Plan", "Our Little Centenary", and making a grand premiere this month in "All's Well That Ends Well". We'll let her share her own Reactor story with you, and we warmly invite you to follow her fun Insta posts using the hashtag #filtrupaula.

It's summer. 2016. I'm ready to quit theater and change my career. It's not the first time these thoughts have crossed my mind, but this time it's for real! I'll become a flight attendant... or a hostess... or a graphic designer... or start singing... or take an IT course. At least I'll make a living. After all those failed auditions, unfilmed commercials, and extra roles, it's clear: Theater is just not for me! – despite a tiny voice deep inside saying: "Don't give up, bla, bla, bla..." Bullshit! This time I'm determined. Until one fine day, when I run into Leta, who is curious to know how I'm doing and how life is after three years of experimenting in Bucharest. You must meet Leta, she is absolutely wonderful! I've always admired her authenticity, but she doesn't know that. Anyway... back to my story. I break the big news to her: "I'm quitting theater, dear Leta. I just can't do it anymore..." She says: "Uh-huh... I understand. Have you heard of Fresh Start at Reactor?" I sign up for Fresh Start, get selected, and a fantastic performance is born, created alongside some even more fantastic people! But it's not the final result that matters most. It was the consequence of a deeply profound two-month process. Therapy... That's what it was. This project put me right back on track. It truly was a fresh start! After the premiere, out in the courtyard, Oana comes to hug me, and with a tear in her eye, asks: "You're going to stick around here with us, right?" Two months later, with the very same show – All Over Your Face, I win the Best Actress award at the D-Butan-T Festival, organized by the "Andrei Mureșanu" Theatre in Sfântu-Gheorghe, and I get offered a full-time position there. Off I go... I don't know for how long. Doru looks a bit sad. I return to Reactor about once a month to play in All Over Your Face. Every single time, Doru asks how life is in my new city, if I like the team, and what show is being staged. He seems genuinely happy for me... It's December 2017. After unleashing all my inner demons, I resign from the theater and head back to Cluj. It's January 2018. Doru calls to ask if I'd like to join a brand-new project at Reactor. I say: "Yes, I'd love to!"
