This January, the vibrant Reactor of Creation and Experiment proudly presents the wonderful show (In)correct, written and directed by the talented Leta Popescu, as part of the exciting "Fuori, casa" season at Teatri di Vita in Bologna, with the generous support of the Romanian Cultural Institute!
The "Fuori, casa" theatre season, running from October 2021 all the way to April 2022, is a warm invitation from Teatri di Vita for the Bologna audience to discover a cozy "home away from home." It's all about rediscovering the joy of being together again after a long period of distance, and diving back into the wonderful adventure—both personal and shared—of live cultural experiences! This season’s lineup offers a fantastic panorama: 10 incredible Italian shows, lively stand-up comedy nights, and 3 internationally invited plays, including the brilliant production from Cluj-Napoca's independent theatre space, Reactor of Creation and Experiment, (IN)CORECT.
This delightful production from Cluj fits perfectly into the artistic program through the touching story it shares. A Romanian family takes a lovely summer trip to the picturesque Danube Delta. Different generations find themselves sharing the same time and space, where the only escapes are the playful bounds of their own imagination and desires. How easy is it for us to stay close when we don't always agree?
Filled with warm humor and deep sensitivity, this heartwarming show—written and directed by Leta Popescu—has already delighted audiences at various festivals across Romania and was proudly nominated for Best Directing at the prestigious UNITER Awards!
Teatri di Vita, along with Reactor of Creation and Experiment and the Romanian Cultural Institute, warmly invites the Romanian community in Bologna to join us for this wonderful theatrical gathering, which we are absolutely thrilled to host despite these challenging times!

Synopsis:
When family members live completely different lives, the line between what is right and wrong becomes beautifully thin. It's just like the magical place where the Danube meets the Black Sea—uncertain and shifting, much like the minds of relatives vacationing in the Delta in the middle of the night.
The show (IN)CORECT playfully balances the dreams and desires of two different generations. Revisiting shared memories seems to be our path back to one another. But what happens if we don't remember things quite the same way?
This wonderful performance was produced as part of the cultural program "Decalaj. Narațiuni intergeneraționale" (Gap. Intergenerational Narratives), co-funded by the National Cultural Fund Administration.
