Welcome to our theater loving community! The Reactor de creație și experiment Association, located at 4 Petőfi Sándor Street, Cluj-Napoca, is the personal data controller in the spirit of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

What Data We Collect and Why
The only way we collect personal data is through the friendly contact form available here on our website. Through it, we collect:
Name — so we know how to warmly address you
Email address — so we can write back to you
The sent message — so we can hear all about your theater thoughts
This data is collected solely for the purpose of managing the inquiries we receive and crafting a response just for you. We do not use it for any other purpose and we do not process it automatically (profiling).
The legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest in responding to the wonderful people who contact us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We believe this is perfectly balanced, keeping in mind that the collected data is minimal (name, email, message) and is used exclusively for the purpose you intended. You can object to this processing at any time, as detailed in the "Your Rights" section below.
How Long We Keep Your Data
The messages we receive through the contact form are kept for as long as necessary to fully handle your request, and then they are deleted. Usually, this means up to 12 months from our last friendly chat.
Who We Share Your Data With
The data sent through the form is processed by Framer Inc., the wonderful platform provider our website is built on. They act as our data processor — hosting and transmitting messages on our behalf, without deciding how they are used. Framer stores messages in accordance with their own privacy policies, which you can easily read at framer.com/legal/privacy-statement.
If we receive public funding (such as AFCN or local grants), we may be required to share aggregated statistics about our cultural activities with the funding authorities. These reports never include your personal data from the contact form!
We absolutely do not sell, rent, or transfer your data to third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use tracking or analytical services on this website.
Cookies
Our website exclusively uses strictly necessary technical cookies to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes (managed by Framer). These cookies do not collect any identification data and do not require your consent. We do not use any marketing, advertising, or traffic analysis cookies.
