9 OUT OF 10

Questioning the quirky language of self-help books, "9 out of 10" is the delightful result of a devised theatre project! This wonderful show is based on a collective script born from the actors' lively improvisations, coordinated by playwright Ana Cucu-Popescu and directed by the fantastic Leta Popescu.
The performance playfully confronts us theatre lovers with the hilarious reality of today's mind-boggling statistics—a reality dancing on the line between "fake" and "true," and between "how to be..." and simply "be yourself!". Sharp, witty, and absolutely bursting with humor, "9 out of 10" is a cheerful critique of today's standards of perfection and a joyful celebration of the authentic selves behind those rules. Well-researched by the entire energetic team, this show ultimately delivers a wonderfully ironic and self-deprecating treat for everyone!
