An acting class is preparing for their exam show, "A Midsummer Night's Dream". The school is full of rumours, rehearsals full of revelations, and nights full of unease. The boundaries between theatre and life, between school and personal life, between normal and abnormal blur and disappear.
The show was created as part of the "Zonă de siguranță" ("Safety Zone") project, whose research theme is the abuses of power that can occur in academia, especially within arts faculties.
Content warning! This show contains scenes that may have a strong emotional impact.
Thank you to all the students and graduates who took part in the research stage and shared their stories with us.
