Oana is the person you call if you’re interested in something related to agendas, program, contacts, partnerships, collaborations. It might take a while until she answers you, she’s also taking care of expense accounts, contracts, bills or rehearsals.

She graduated from the Theatre and Film Faculty in Cluj-Napoca, she studied and worked in Barcelona for 3 years, where she discovered multi-tasking and the independent theatre. There she experienced the first contacts with terms like “production”, “entrepreneurship” and “marketing”, but she has been truly developing these skills from 2013, since she is a member of the Reactor team. Within Reactor, she organizes people, meetings and  events, she coordinates activities and stresses her team members with deadlines.
